The news item below highlights the challenges facing one group of parents in Bradford with whom we have had links. Their situation may not be typical of many homeschooling families whose choice springs from principle rather than necessity but it does serve to illustrate a growing unease over some educational authority school allocation policies which can force parents into either so-called 'cheating' in their attempt to win places at the 'better schools' or - as in this case - opting out altogether.
